Published Methodology

Rulebook

Every state, threshold, criterion, and archive requirement is public before launch. The operator can remain anonymous; the system methodology cannot.

An influencer needs 5,000 verified nominations before entering the hot seat.

Nominations are counted publicly.POLICY
The operator may veto clear brigading, minors, personal crises, high legal exposure.POLICY
A vetoed influencer simply never appears on the platform.POLICY

The active cycle lasts 3 days. No extensions, pauses, or private negotiations.

Day 1 starts when the hot seat card goes live.POLICY
The countdown only freezes if the influencer goes dark and enters DEFERRED.POLICY
A full 3 days of posting without response creates a permanent Hall of Shame record.POLICY

Support requires a durable, specific, public action, not a vague signal.

Main feed video, not a story.POLICY
The CJP Protest must be named directly.POLICY
Followers must be asked to engage or support.POLICY
The post must remain live for at least 72 hours.POLICY

No status change happens until the evidence has been independently archived.

Screenshots, video, timestamp, and metadata are stored by SILENTWATCH.POLICY
Archive links point to SILENTWATCH records, not mutable social posts.POLICY
Every transition references the evidence used to justify it.POLICY

The platform asks one public question and does not instruct users to harass anyone.

No DM campaigns.POLICY
No doxxing.POLICY
No instructions to flood comments with abuse.POLICY
